Each item is made up to order once the payment has cleared. The shipping time may vary on the amount of orders we have to complete. If an item is going to take longer to produce, it will be noted in the listing description.

Any orders that require shipping will need to still pay the shipping charge shown during checkout. Any orders which misuse the code will be cancelled and refunded.

All orders are sent by either standard (untracked) or tracked postage service; depending on which option you choose at checkout. All small items and plaques will be sent by Royal Mail. Mugs will be sent by Royal Mail or by a courier a large quantity is in the same order. Orders are packaged securely in postage boxes. Tracking codes will be available once dispatched. Once items are in the mail system, we have no control. Items may take longer to arrive when the service is busy; especially at certain times of the year, such as the run up to christmas. When an order is sent to an address outside the UK, there may be customs charges to pay. We will not be held responsible for any charges that occur.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It is down to the of customer to leave correct spelling/wording for personalised items. if you do not leave the correct details when ordering and do not inform us before your item is made, we do not have to supply you with a new item unless you purchase again.
If the mistake was made on our part, a new item can be made (free of charge) or you can ask for a refund. We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery and post items back to me within: 21 days of delivery. We only accept cancellations if a custom item has not yet been started, or it is not personalised. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If your item arrives damaged you need to notify us within 14 days with photographic evidence. If your item does not arrive within the estimated delivery date, please notify us so we can look into it.
We cannot accept liability for any orders lost in transit unless we have been notified by you within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
